I really do not believe that the average voter cares about the Parties. The average voter is actually quite apathetic…It takes a well communicated issue that impacts their lives to get them to vote whether it’s by mail or in person.

Evidence of CRT being taught in k-12 classrooms is less of an issue than real evidence that children come home confused about how they are supposed to play/act/behave with their friends of all colors and even with parents who might be of differing races or ethnicities.

We are NOT a monolithic nation. Every day progress is made in many ways on many levels by many individuals…This progress (rather than progressive policies) is measured in personal and familial triumphs. The electorate is smart enough to know when politicians are themselves behaving badly regardless of party and vote them out accordingly.

I first became aware of CRT influence at my Unitarian Universalist church in 2017. I am a third generation UU and had been very active in my church’s faith in action, governance structure and deep local history. The UU Association wanted our minister to preach about the stain of “whiteness” and our leadership to hold workshops about the subject. I attended all these gatherings to try to understand the need for the focus. I still remember how one of our youth became very distraught about thinking that she had to love her white mother less than her black father! Children DO NOT understand the nuance of CRT which is why it has been solely studied in universities to basically understand the race issues in our liberal culture and to normalize a Marxist type of agenda. Since when does a religion turn its back on tolerance, understanding and forgiveness? I have now said no thank you to my UU faith :(

Democrats will win when they get back to their fundamental liberal roots and stop upholding the elitist notion that free people cannot rule themselves. They must get back to facilitating an equal opportunity to a rigorous well rounded public education and encouraging a home life centered around faith-based principles regardless of a particular religion. Oh! And understand that we are a nation of laws and not of men, women, race, religion or party affiliation.
